Hawksbill House is situated in Placencia Village, directly on the beautiful crescent beach between the sidewalk and the sea. This peaceful and quiet village location at the north end of the sidewalk is only a few minutes walk to restaurants, banks, the post office, and grocery stores. There is nothing between you and the sea but the sandy beach dotted with coconut palms and hibiscus flowers. Your view of the sea is inspiring: lay in the hammock and watch the color change from indigo to aquamarine to emerald to silver.

Hawksbill House is a bright and breezy two bedroom beach house with a fully equipped kitchen, and a 10 ft. deep veranda overlooking the sea. The house is designed to take advantage of the cool sea breeze and to provide views from every room. It is constructed on a foundation of concrete piers twelve feet above the sand, and the interior uses a wide variety of local hardwoods. The custom cabinetry in each room is crafted from local mahogany.
