The Great Room spans the entire front of the house facing the sea, and comprises the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area on the north side is comfortably furnished with upholstered furniture. The dining area contains a table seating six people comfortably, and was custom made to match the wood in the interior of the house.
Viewed through the front door, the living room is to the right, the kitchen to the left, the master bedroom through the door on the right and the bathroom and second bedroom through the doorway to the left.
The U-shaped kitchen on the south side includes stainless steel appliances including a five-burner stove with a self-cleaning oven, a 26 cu. ft. double-door refrigerator and a large double sink. Extending from the counter and facing the sea is a 5 ft long bar, custom made from poisonwood.
The bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the sidewalk side of the house, but still provide lovely views of the sea and of the garden between the house and the sidewalk. Each bedroom has a custom made king-size bed and custom built-in shelves, drawers and closet space. The master bedroom has an interior "window" that can be secured by louvers for privacy or opened to take advantage of the breeze.
The Guest bedroom was designed to double as office space with a desk that can accommodate two users. Cable internet and television and a wireless router allows internet access from anywhere on the property.
The tile bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.
The custom built vanity has a hardwood countertop.
